JOB DESCRIPTION
Creativity and Design:
- Participate in the process of conceptualizing and developing visual concepts for events with the Show Producer team (director, scriptwriter, stage designer, etc.).
- Design and create motion graphics, 3D images, video mapping, VFX or Visual Art. and other visual elements that are suitable for the concept and stage space.
- Ensure the aesthetics, uniqueness and consistency of visual effects throughout the event.
- Research and propose new, creative visual ideas and solutions that are in line with trends and technology.
Production:
- Proficient in specialized software (e.g. Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, Resolume, MadMapper, etc.) to create high-quality visual effects.
- Responsible for the technical quality of visual products (resolution, frame rate, file format, etc.).
- Optimize the performance of visual effects to ensure smooth running on projection devices (LED screens, projectors, etc.).
Coordination and Management:
- Work closely with related departments (director, engineering, sound, lighting, etc.) to ensure visual effects are perfectly integrated into the program.
- Manage work progress, ensure visual products are completed on time and meet event requirements.
- Scientifically store and manage project files.
Other tasks:
- Participate in test runs, rehearsals and rehearsals to check and adjust effects.
- Support the technical team in setting up and operating projection devices (if necessary).
- Update new trends and technologies in the field of visual effects and apply them to work.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
- Having obtained a bachelor/college degree in Marketing or Business
- At least year of experience working in similar position in Event Agency.
- Solid knowledge of graphic design principles, visual arts, and video production techniques.
- Familiarity with common types of visual effects used in events (e.g. motion graphics, 3D animation, video mapping, holographic, etc.).
- Knowledge of projection equipment (LED screens, projectors, etc.) and compatible file formats.Capability to endure high pressure working environment
- Good negotiation skill, good team-work and collaboration.
- Well organized, excellent time management.
- Capability to deliver and manage multiple projects at the same time.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Sáng tạo và Thiết kế:
- Tham gia vào quá trình lên ý tưởng, phát triển concept hình ảnh cho các sự kiện cùng với team Show Producer (đạo diễn, biên kịch, thiết kế sân khấu, v.v.).
- Thiết kế và tạo ra các hiệu ứng hình ảnh động (motion graphics), hình ảnh 3D, video mapping, VFX hoặc Visual Art. và các yếu tố visual khác phù hợp với concept và không gian sân khấu.
- Đảm bảo tính thẩm mỹ, sự độc đáo và tính nhất quán của các hiệu ứng hình ảnh trong toàn bộ sự kiện.
- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất các ý tưởng và giải pháp visual mới lạ, sáng tạo, phù hợp với xu hướng và công nghệ.
Sản xuất:
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm chuyên dụng (ví dụ: Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, Resolume, MadMapper, v.v.) để tạo ra các hiệu ứng hình ảnh chất lượng cao.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng kỹ thuật của các sản phẩm visual (độ phân giải, tỷ lệ khung hình, định dạng file, v.v.).
- Tối ưu hóa hiệu suất của các hiệu ứng hình ảnh để đảm bảo chạy mượt mà trên các thiết bị trình chiếu (màn LED, máy chiếu, v.v.).
Phối hợp và Quản lý:
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận liên quan (đạo diễn, kỹ thuật, âm thanh, ánh sáng, v.v.) để đảm bảo các hiệu ứng hình ảnh được tích hợp hoàn hảo vào chương trình.
- Quản lý tiến độ công việc, đảm bảo hoàn thành các sản phẩm visual đúng thời hạn và đáp ứng yêu cầu của sự kiện.
- Lưu trữ và quản lý các file dự án một cách khoa học.
Các công việc khác:
- Tham gia chạy thử, diễn tập và các buổi tổng duyệt để kiểm tra và điều chỉnh hiệu ứng.
- Hỗ trợ team kỹ thuật trong việc setup, vận hành các thiết bị trình chiếu (nếu cần thiết).
- Cập nhật các xu hướng, công nghệ mới trong lĩnh vực visual effects và ứng dụng vào công việc.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
- Có số năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong cùng lĩnh vực Event cho vị trí tương đương.
- Nắm rõ khâu sản xuất của event (production, technical system, logistics, HR…)
- Am hiểu về các loại hình visual effects phổ biến trong sự kiện (ví dụ: motion graphics, 3D animation, video mapping, holographic, v.v.).
- Có kiến thức về các thiết bị trình chiếu (màn LED, máy chiếu, v.v.) và các định dạng file tương thích.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm chuyên dụng (ưu tiên: Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D). Các phần mềm khác như Blender, Maya, Resolume, MadMapper, v.v. là một lợi thế.
- Có khả năng sáng tạo và tư duy hình ảnh tốt.
- Có kỹ năng dựng phim (video editing) cơ bản.
- Có khả năng chịu áp lực cao và quản lý thời gian tốt.
- Có khả năng xử lý cùng lúc nhiều công việc khác nhau.
- Có khả năng làm việc chi tiết cũng như quan sát tổng thể.
- Giờ làm việc: 8h30 – 17h30, nghỉ trưa 1 tiếng từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6.
