JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Take ownership of client briefs: analyze objectives and define strategic approaches.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brand, market, competitors, and target consumers to identify key insights and creative opportunities.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with Creative/Account teams to develop Big Idea, Concept, Art Direction, and activation activities.
  • Take the lead in crafting proposals (concept, activity flow, art direction) and presenting/defending ideas to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Account, Creative, and Production teams to ensure the execution plan aligns with the approved strategy and concept.
  • Mentor and support Planning Executives in the team.
  • Follow through on proposals until the project is finalized (win/fail).

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Skills

  1. Minimum 23 years of experience in a Planning role within Event/Activation agencies.
  2. Strong strategic thinking, creative direction, and storytelling abilities.
  3. Excellent skills in crafting and designing proposals (PPT/Keynote).
  4. Confident presentation and communication skills with clients.

Competencies & Qualities

  1. Strong logical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under high pressure.
  3. Proactive, responsible, with strong ownership of work.
  4. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to support and lead peers.
