JOB SUMMARY
Flava Live is seeking an experienced Marketing Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, developing and manage content across various digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams increase brand visibility, engage target audiences, and achieve strategic business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, create and maintain engaging content for various platforms such as social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), website, email,.. to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with other teams such as operation, creative to create content that aligns with the project’s goals.
- Maintain an organized content calendar & ensure timely delivery of all content projects.
- Ability to maintain consistency in content writing.
- Assist in developing and executing content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently maintaining high quality and accuracy independently or as part of a team.
- Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets.
- Excellent time management and planning skills to ensure meeting deadlines.
- Ability to match up with fast paced work life, publish new contents periodically at a steady pace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva).
- Familiarity with video production and editing. (Capcut, Tiktok)
