JOB DESCRIPTION
What you’ll do
- Lead 360° integrated campaigns (Digital & Social) from idea to execution, with a sharp outcome-driven mindset
- Own client relationships and act as a strategic partner, not just a brief taker
- Work closely with in-house Creative, Social, Event/Activation and Planning teams to deliver seamless execution
- Drive performance through data, insights and continuous optimization
- Lead and grow a lean team with strong ownership and delivery excellence
- Unlock new touchpoints, platforms and growth opportunities for brands across FMCG, Beauty & F&B etc.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years in Account Supervisor role (Digital / IMC background)
- A true strategic thinker with strong creative instinct
- Outcome & data-driven, comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics
- Strong operational excellence with high ownership and accountability
- Proven leadership & team development capability
- Fluent in English, confident in client-facing presentations
- An all-rounder mindset who thrives in a fast-paced
