Flava Live is a dynamic live experience creator, specializing in producing unforgettable events. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Content Executive (With Digital Marketing experience). In this role, you will work closely with the Content Lead to develop and execute the content plans that engage our target audience. You will be responsible for content creation, distribution, and optimization, as well as managing administrative work for our owned media channels, including fanpages, social channels, and website.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Content creation:
- Write and edit various types of content (blog posts, social media posts, email marketing, landing pages, etc.) that are engaging and relevant to the campaign’s goals.
- Research and update content trends and topics of interest to the target audience.
- Ensure content is accurate, creative, and consistent with the brand image and message.
- Content management:
- Plan and schedule content for various communication channels.
- Edit and proofread content before publishing.
- Track content performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
- Support Digital Marketing:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to implement marketing campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO and SEM.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvement solutions.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative work related to content and owned media channels, including tracking content performance metrics, maintaining content libraries, organizing assets, and ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are in place.
- Update working progress to direct manager.
- Other tasks (include but not limited) as request from direct lead/ manager.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, and SEM.
- Understanding of online communication channels (website, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Ability to create diverse and engaging content.
- Good writing skills, using accurate and clear language.
- Ability to research and update information quickly.
- Skills:
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Digital Marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.) is an advantage.
- Attitude:
- High sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with good time management skills.
- Eager to learn, creative, and innovative.
