We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Content Lead. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s content direction, overseeing content creation and distribution across various channels. Strong copywriting skills will be essential in delivering compelling and impactful content.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Flava Live’s overall marketing and business objectives, with a specific focus on engaging moms, families, and young people in art and live experience industry. 
  2. Content Creation and Copywriting: Oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content for various channels, including website, blog, social media platforms (especially Facebook, IG, TikTok, and YouTube), email marketing, and other digital platforms. Develop captivating and shareable content that aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates Flava Live’s unique value proposition. Emphasize strong copywriting skills to create compelling and persuasive content.
  3. Content Production: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including writers, creative designers, videographers, and photographers, to produce visual, written, and multimedia content. Ensure content is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
  4. Editorial Planning & Content Distribuition: Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to organize and schedule content production and distribution. Plan content releases strategically to align with event schedules, marketing campaigns, and industry trends.
  5. Social Media Management: Oversee social media content strategy and execution, with a specific focus on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Develop engaging social media campaigns, manage social media accounts, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive audience growth and engagement.
  6. Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to optimize content strategies and inform future content planning.
  7. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing strategies, and emerging platforms, especially in the context of Facebook,  IG, TikTok, and YouTube. Continuously seek new opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance Flava Live’s content presence and impact.
  8. Team development and management (fulltime, partime)
  9. Update working progress to direct manager. 
  10. Other tasks (include but not limited) as request from direct manager.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

  1. 3-5 years of experience as a Content Lead, Content Manager, or similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of content marketing principles, including content strategy, creation, distribution, and performance analysis.
  3. Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content for various channels and target audiences.
  4. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive content decisions and optimize performance.
  7. Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
  8. Have passionate in live experience, art, exhibition, performing art, concert, festival, etc.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  10. Capability to deliver and manage multiple projects at the same time.
